The Weatherman Makes His NCAA Basketball Picks

Who needs ESPN or Bracketology when you have your local weatherman to help guide you through the NCAA tournament? 

While I don’t encourage you to bet large amounts of money (or any at all), here are my thoughts on who will win the 2008 men’s NCAA basketball tournament.
