Winning Losers In Softball
THE BEST 1-2 TEAM OUT THERE…that’s what people are saying about the NBC17 softball team after losing 20-14 yesterday. That’s right…our one game winning streak is over! Perhaps we aren’t the best fielders and maybe we don’t keep our eye on the ball in the batters box, but we sure do have fun!
No exciting video this week, but as stated in the title of this blog…how can a group this good-looking, this athletic and this color-coordinated (our team shirts are not in yet) be losers. We are all winners and here’s the picture to prove it!
UPDATE: I forgot to mention that sports director Penn Holderness hit not one, but TWO inside the park homeruns! This picture was taken RIGHT AFTER he crossed home plate the second time! WAY TO GO PENN!
