This has got to be the best way to watch local news coverage of Hurricane Ike.

If you are a TV junkie and like watching hurricane Ike coverage, boy do I have the site for you!  Whether you live in Houston or not, this new web site is like having six television sets…four of them tuned to local news coverage of Hurricane Ike, one with the Houston radar and the other with the Gulf of Mexico satellite.

The picture below is what the website looks like…sorry the bottom left stream was black when I took the screen shot.  From top left going clockwise you have the local CBS affiliate in Houston (KHOU), then the local NBC station(KPRC), the local FOX affiliate (KRIV), Gulf of Mexico Satellite, Houston radar and the Houston ABC station (KTRK) (again, sorry it’s in black).

The site is actually the Central Florida Hurricane Center 2008 website.  Click here to watch.

You will have audio for all the networks, so just mute the ones you don’t want to hear.

Thanks to the High Tech Texan for the link!
