Great Pet Gifts…At The Airport?
Would you buy something for you cat or dog while running to catch a connecting flight at an airport? That is now an option for travelers passing through Miami International Airport. I was there recently on what turned out to be a very long layover.
While traveling back to Raleigh recently our flight was oversold and we opted for a long layover in exchange for travel vouchers. So, with some extra time on our hands we explored nearly every inch of MIA. One of the things we stumbled upon was this boutique. Among the many things they sold and focused on in their store front was higher end doggie and kitty presents.
Pet treats, a pet stroller and some pet t-shirts. So, are you buying?!

That’s hysterical… I could totally see some elderly folks picking up one of those pink t’s to slip on before picking up their 2lbs Yorkie at their super swank doggie spa retreat with a handful of those gourmet dog biscuits. Miami is notorious for layovers. We always joke, when we get stuck there, that the Miami airport should dub it “hangovers” rather than layovers because of the amount of people getting toasty in the bars trying to pass the time.
