U2 Concert Setup Pics: Raleigh Carter-Finley Stadium
The media got a behind the scenes look at construction of the massive stage going up for Saturday night’s U2 concert at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The massive stage almost didn’t fit into Carter-Finley….there was only two feet of extra room on each side of the stage! North Carolina State University has a great article on how hard this concert really was to pull off.
The band is actually in New York Friday night rehearsing for a benefit concert at Carnegie Hall. They will fly in to the Triangle Saturday in time for the concert.
